i love the fallout series of the gaming world
and in fallout 3, the ghouls rush at you after yelling something.
its more like just sound like a zombie, but me,my bro,and my dad always that it was saying 'HOOOPPPLLAAAAA' and would joke about it.
In the end we just called them hooplas and never called them ghouls
