Here’s a little note for everyone I understand if you are struggling, have a disorder, or worse, or are just having a bad day.. I just wanted you let you know.. ilysmnh... you are perfect just the way you are.. even if you don’t think it, even if you are worried.. you’ll be ok... that’s what friends and family are there for.. if you need to talk to someone, spill the beans, or just let it all out, do that. It will make you feel better, it will help you.. and no matter what is happening in your life.. you will be ok.. weather you have cancer, just believe in yourself and stay strong.. weather you have anxiety, you will be ok, don’t worry! I’m here for you and I feel your pain!.. weather you have an eating disorder... or literally just having a bad day, don’t worry! Be happy! Even if it’s hard.. because I understand.. it can be hard to be happy sometimes.. but just try.. and remember, it’s ok to cry♡
