i feel so weird and terrible rn im really dizzy and lightheaded, nauseous, and shaky. my chest feels super light (shortness of breath) and i keep feeling like im gonna pass out. its not a panic attack because i have panic disorder so i DEFINITELY know what they feel like and its not that. I also know what hypoglycemia feels like and its not that either. idk i just feel like im gonna pass out as im typing this so im gonna just go to bed soon
