We literally like just moved in thinking this guy was gonna be honest about his payments and expenses and stuff, idk why we did he did just get out of a divorce smh. Anyways we thought he was being honest but literally a week after we moved in he sprung an extra 800 dollars he owes a month to his ex for FURNATURE he basically cant use bevause he doesnt live there anymore?? And then made me and my bf my the 2k cost with the promise that he'll "pay it back" Paying it back doesnt excuse the fact that we have no money for food and weve watched you spend a shit ton on your new bf and junk food. Eugh

Then he told us he wants the master and my bfs dumbass agreed and now this one guy has the bigger space and the master bathroom is the only bathroom with a BATH, the other one has a standing shower and grooming yourself as a woman in a small cubicle is actually so tedious and annoying

And he also has a dog who has already chewed up furniture and drywall Shes a good girl, hes just a bad owner But yeah ugh my bfs talking to him about it and this guy just started sobbing. And then instead of just switching rooms bevause we pay more and deserve it, he straight up said he'd rather live in his car, thats insane

So yeah its either I move back home which is a 20 hour drive or I stay here and live with his mom who is the root of all evil she is practically in love with her son its so gross and he notices it too and so does his sister and we all think shes slimy and icky
