Kai sat against a wall and started up at the grey, cloudy sky. He ran a hand through his messy, unbrushed mane. His suit was also messy and somewhat dirty. He looked at if he hadn't slept in days. He had a cigarette perched in between his lips, his emotionless gaze blankly staring up as he leaned against the wall.

He grumbled to himself and stood, once again running his hand through his mane as he tried to keep strans of hair out of his face

His ear twitched at his name but he ignored her as he did to most now when they mentioned him. He began to walk, stuffing his hands into his pockets. He dropped the cig to the cold ground.

He huffed, not recognizing her voice and he stopped. He didn't turn around "What."

His ear twitched at her name and he paused. No it couldnt be. She died. His tail flicked against the ground as he started feeling dread fall over him. He muttered. "D-dont call me that.

He flinched at her touch, his ears pinned back. "Yeah I did. W-when she- said it." He frowned and looked down, trembling. "I-I don't know who you are, just leave me alone." He still refused to turn to face her, still not thinking it was her.

He crossed his arms and his voice was shakey. "N-not possible."

He frowned and turned to her, his face quickly kly started to lose its color. "M-mira-?"

his ears pinned back and he stared at her for a moment. "Y-youre an angel-"

He shook his head quickly and pulled her into a hug with a sad chuckled. "N-no- you're beautiful.." from the look of him he hasent really been taking care of himself. His name was much more messy than usual and his suit messy and slightly wrinkled. His eyes were baggy, and he looked as if he had lost some weight from not eating. "I-I really missed you.."

He nuzzled her head, letting out a whimper. He held her tightly, mumbling to himself

He continued to whimper and nodded, shutting his eyes tightly. "D-dont ever leave me again.. p-please.."

He looked back down at her, his breathing shakey. He nodded, moving a bit of her hair so he could see her eyes

He smiled slightly at the sight and pulled her closer, hugging her protectivly. "I love you."

he nodded and took her hand in his, starting to walk

he let her to his house and kissed her fore head before taking out some keys

he opened the door for her and scooped her up bridal style, purring quietly

he smiled and walked in. "Couch or bed?" he closed the door behind him

he nodded and walked up to his room, setting her down on it

he nodded. "Course-" He slipped off his suit coat and cuddled up beside her.

he smiled and pulled her closer.

he held her protectively in his arms, feeling peace in himself for the first time in a while.

He kissed her forehead and smiled, speaking gently. "I love you too.."

She held her and gently played with her hair a bit, touching her feathered wings every now in then. Now that she was back he was determined on keeping her safe and unharmed no matter the cost. He couldn't and wouldn't let himself lose her again.

He continued to hold her lovingly, unable to fall asleep as usual. Instead his mind went elsewhere, and he began thinking about when she was shot. His grip on her slightly tightened and he began to feel as it he were re living the nightmare.

he whimpered quietly and held her tightly, his breathing grew shaky and small tears pricked in his eyes

He whimpered and clung to her, more tears formed. "I-I shouldn't have let S-Shawn get to you.." his voice cracked between his words. "I-im so sorry t-that happened.." He was trembling and they started to run down his face, his eyes showed only fear and sorrow.

He started to like th fly cry and looked down at her. "P-please don't leave me- d-dont leave me again.."
