I also throw every piece of clothing I have, stomp on it, and then walk my pillow as hard as I can on the wall a few times
Or I wrap myself in a blanket so I can’t get out (cuz sometimes I’ll start throwing breakable things) and slowly rock myself in the rocking chair
well
i tell myself i need to shut up
it helps most of the time
but it may not he the same for you-
yell as loud as you possibly can into a pillow
Hurt some stuffed animals and more pillows
Try to wear yourself out
