LinkSo this story is about a Romeo and Juliet type of romance. But more unrequited. The world is equally split into two climates. One a deserty wasteland. It is known as Tsandar. Though there are sandy forests and other biomes. The folk there are more on the wild side. They hunt and experiment. The other side is known as Xiven. A marsh land. A flooded mossy world where the folk there are more "civilized". They have many strict rules. Such as, it's forbidden to show any skin besides your face. Necks are acceptable but are frowned upon if you don't cover it. These folk has advanced technology. The other side does as well, but they don't have a knack for technology and let nature decide their future. Both sides have agreed on one rule.

Link You may not go to the other side. It can result in slavery, torture, or even death. One day, a boy from Tsandar grows curious and goes to Xiven. His name is Xandivar, though he goes by Xander. He ends up getting lost in Xiven and he asks for help. He asks a woman known as serenity. Serenity is a rule follower, she was a princess of Xiven after all. She knew the rules and frowned upon those who didn't follow the rules. She ends up helping him out of Xiven and tells him to never come back. But he does. He falls for her. He shows her that breaking the rules isn't so bad and he shows her the lifestyle of those on Tsandar.
