Um, I don't know if it'll help, but maybe try to scribble on or rip up some paper, or draw lines on it with red pen or something. Or like, hold an ice cube in your hand. The cold causes temporay pain to distract you, but it wont do any permanent damage. If there's anyone you trust to tell, please try to do it. I know how scary it is, but chances are they'll find out anyway. I know how hopeless you feel, and I won't say it's going to get better if you just keep your head up. It might get worse first, it might take for what feels like forever for anything to improve, but don't give up. You are still here, and that shows how strong you truly are. 💛💛
