Saturn (Saturnia) is the planet goddess of Time.
If she loses her staff, she can spin her 7 rings either clockwise, or Counterclockwise.
If she spins it Counterclockwise, she will go back in time, and she'll go to the future if her rings are spun clockwise.
She will be the only one that knows that she went forwards, or backwards in time.
Story of Saturnia
(Disclaimer: this is not real mythology, so if you want that, find it somewhere else) Duh!
Saturnia was just a simple planet, with a simple life, until a war happened, and Saturnia was alone, because everyone feared that one planet was part of the Rebellion.
One day, the Rebellion went to the Via Lactea village, and either raided, or killed planets. Saturnia then wished that she could rewind time to stop this war.
Then, the Rebellion went to her house, and she thought that this would be the end of the line for her, but then, a staff came to her from above, and it was like All time had stopped.
It was a good thing too, because if it decent down to her a few seconds later, she wouldn't survive.
She touched the staff, and without knowing, she went to the past, and then she saw the truth of the War, and how it came to be.
Some planets was being mistreated, and wanted to do something, something to show that they are here, so they did a lot of things, like protesting, and yelling to the other planets that they are living a lie all their life, but the society leaders of Via Lactea (S.L.O.V.L) said comforting things to the planets living in the Village.
Then, the other planets had enough of everything, and started a rebellion.
Once Saturnia saw the truth, she went back to the Future, and joined the Rebellion, and gave people a chance to join them.
If they didn't, she showed them the past by holding their hands, and if they didn't believe them, then they will be raided, or killed.
Saturnia was then called goddess of the Rebellion for her Heroic actions towards the Rebellion.
As for the territories of old Via Lactea, they changed their name to Lume, because they were in a vast world, and they banned Saturnia from their lands for treason.
