kk, first he probs wouldn't be walking if his lil leg stump is still fresh (lol)
otherwise, he's really cute!
I would work on anatomy though-- his eyes are a lil too close together.
And maybe try adding more detail and shading to him and to the background.
that's it, he's perfect otherwise!!!

I did really like the concept of an albino SeaWing though!! It was really cool!
Um, I think his name's Blizzard. He's an IceWing that can turn into a human/dragon hybrid like she can. so ye
it's cute, but you gotta work on dragon anatomy. Her horns wouldn't be on the very top of her head! If you look at a picture of a skywing by Joy Ang, you will see that the horns come out of the back of the head. (ex==>) Also, try adding shading and a background, and experiment with layers! And finally, add in-between movement with the speed on fast(-er than usual) so it looks smoother.
Otherwise, she's really cute!
