Though I don't know what they were going with her design at all??? Dugong gets frills but she doesn't even though she's the one who is in the arctic ocean???????? so I gave her some. The yellow in the original design doesn't look good to me either... there isn't yellow in the steller's sea cow so why is it there. So I changed those parts to either a darker shade of the skin or to green to represent algae because that's what they'd eat.
