You see half of the people i follow (And my friends) are venting and it makes me feel useless because idk how to help them in ANY way...
alot are also thinking of quitting. everyday i see many vents on my followed user animation pages. i hate it sm and it makes me sad too.
If venting helps you, even a little, then you should vent. Let everyone you vent to know that you are/will be okay.
venting is a way of expressing your feelings we are all here for u.
