so, there are 65,536 blocks in a chunk, and one chunk would take about 70 minutes to mine,that's about 4587520 minutes (275251200 seconds), and, there are more than 52,031,250,000,000 blocks (the amount of how many diamonds are in the overworld) and I did some difficult furthermath, I got 3.16×10 to the power of ten, then I calculated it and I got 31600000000 ( I was calculating this by seconds, and then calculated the amount of seconds in a year (3.154e+7 seconds) and multiplied it by 7 billion.
if your deciding to spend that time plus mining bedrock and obsidian, that would be about 157 days multiplied by the amount of seconds in 157 days (the amount of time to break a single bedrock block), you would be multiplying 3.16×10 to the power of ten times 1.356e+7, and that is 4.28496e+17 seconds, that would be 2.20752e+17 years.
