bro I tried doing a bunch of things to get rid of them but nothing worked I look weird

this is gonna sound like im looking for attention but I'm not I am so self conscious about my face like my whole body my limbs are abnormally long especially fingers and toes and like my spine is like a weird curve and my hips are so off balance but mostly hate my cheeks they look stupid i want them to go away ihate them. they look so stupid
