It's just hard to breathe and it feels like my heart is going to pop out of my chest
that's why i'm asking you for the symptoms of your issues. because to me, it is most likely a heartburn. which includes shortness of breathe and chest pain.
and if it is a heartburn, whatever you do, don't lay down, sit straight up or stand up. or else it'll worsen.
Well heck I've been laying down sitting up and standing straight up
