I’d say scp-173. 1. Because it’s made of concrete. 2. If scp-096 blink it would like run or something at a high speed and snap it’s neck. I’ve watched a few scp videos [ like the rubber, scp animated etc. ] and I saw some videos on both of them and it said when someone blinks scp-173 will run or something at a high speed and snap the victims neck.
