If I'm being honest, i don't really tell people my problems either, and when I do, i always feel like it comes off as annoying, or they feel like their problems are worse and I'm just complaining about stuff, which can make it hard to tell people them. But i think not telling anyone your problems isn't the best option, i think you should tell at least just one person, or even just write them down, it will feel good being able to let your feelings out.

No pressure tho, I'm not trying to force you to tell me them, if I'm being honest I'm probably overthinking this whole thing, aaa
