My therapist asked me to visualize one of my emotions, and I chose this. An ugly hybrid of sadness and fear. A small rabbit. Her pieces are all here, but she can never put herself back together. Falling apart. Small and harmless for now. But watch what you feed her. Not to be mistaken with shadow bonnie 🤗
