Yes, i said "adopting" even though it'll be a pet store bird... I know you should adopt but if i get a budgie: -I will get a budgie if my dad's student lets us rehome ONE of his. (he hates them and we can only take one because of noise and he has 4) -If they are rehomed or he says no, we'll most probably get a tiel. -Our adoption centre/rescue (Calgary humane society)is very far from us -It doesn't have tiels up for adoption.
