7/10. I am not the best at tweening ever, but there is room for improvment. Make sure when you move something, that you do it from the same place every time, and use a couple more frames to really get the head, ears, hair, or whatever moves on your charaters body, moving!
Sorry this isn't the best advice, I'm not a proffesional.
