Linki dont know why but i keep kinda twitching. and if im not twitching i get the urge duck my head or touch my shoulder with my head and its starting to annoy me. im not sure what caused it and i cant focus

Linki dont know what i can do to help, but try to relax and get some rest
P L E A S E my most common are shuddering, randomly twisting my to right, and sometimes saying words or phrases over and over (but thats when im like bored)
THE LAST ONE IS MORE OF A STIM THAN A TIC
JUST LET IT HAPPEN IF YOU CANT WTOP IT
