oh no- i mean my family kept mocking me to the point i kept pronouncing s right but then that caused me to stutter

but like the worst part is is my little brother also has a lisp but they only noticed his when we were younger so they were working on it. im fourteen and we just realized i had a lisp IVE SPENT FOURTEEN YEARS NOT BEING ABLE TO PRONOUNCE WORDS PROPERLY IVE SPENT FOURTEEN YEARS SOUNDING SO MUCH YOUNGER THAN I AM (ngl tho its mostly my s's)

:o like i literally never thought i had a lisp till i was talking and someone interrupted me asking if i had a lisp then we looked into it and i do (i kinda talk in the front of my mouth like my s's are with my tongue in between my teeth)

also i have smol teef so i sometimes will be talking and the combo of tiny teef and lisp can make me drool so i have to be really careful, i salivate alot

oop i do not stutter however my brain likes to do this ***** thing where if i try to explain to someone how i dont have a lisp, it stops working for example my brother would be talking to me and my friend and my friend is joking about my brothers lisp then he makes a comment about me so i try to reply with 'i dont have a lisp' but it comes out all wonky like 'iduhva lips'

(yeah pretty much) O i always feel like im being annoyying but if you want to i can keep talkign if you're lonely.
