aloe, my whole family had covid, my 89 year old grandmother had it, and we didnt even know.

OMG I understand, that's Anxiety? Hmmmm then I guess I have it all of the time. 0-0 oh wait Anxiety is basicall overwhelming stress. I have WAY MORE than the stuff you just listed. You can work threw it don't worry, just think of it as "at least its not any worse" cause it could be
