So, story behind this. Will Wood, in his goodbye stream, mentioned Wooper as being his favorite Pokemon. So naturally, I had to draw some Will Wood themed Woopers! I'm really proud of how it came out, and I even have names for them! Normal Wooper WOOP-eR And Wooper-Wood.
