i also feel like this when i have a dream or its like a nightmare to me like once i had a dream that i had like a lot of legos on me when i was sick and then i got really sick because of the fact i wanted to clean it up but i coukdnt and i had something like that it was a similar feeling and more recent like i had a nightmare i had to make a dress for a italian man and i felt so sick because i wanted to but then again couldnt that i went in my mums room and had to sit there for a sec like i get really sick from thinking to much or not completing a task in a dream

i sound insane saying taht i felt sick bfrom to much lego on me and having to make an italian man a dress but idk like another one was i had to make a blanket but i got that feeling again that i would do it but i couldnt at the same time and i just feel sick like that like,,,,

sometimes theyre not even dreams and its real situations like ill KNOW i have to do t and i will do it but its like something is stopping me and it makes me absoulutely sick to my stomach

i have NO idea what up with me, i know i have a task i will complete it, its on my mind, i think about it, and then i start to get that feelig that ill throw up and it feels like my lungs are about to explode its like im trapped in this cycle because no matter what i do its like the most random task ever ill feel like having a panic attack just from doing it

like someone please help me should i like tell my mum about this heh because it haunts me every now and then and its getting to frequent omgg omg omg
