As a person with an especially procured list of medical issues specifically made to make menstruation harder, I recommend a heating pad or heate blanket, caffeine, and pamprin. It's also helpful to remember that a portion of your pain is coming from how much you stress about it.
Try to press the heat against your lower back and lean against it if you can't press it against you otherwise. I recommend the hottest setting you're comfortable with
Pamprin is a pain med for periods mostly but Advice should also help.

MAKE SURE TO USE THE PADS WITH THE STICKY WINGS ON THEM THAT CLAMP AROUND THE UNDERWEAR. I promise you please please please they are so helpful
