A am very satisfied with the head anatomy. The eyes might appear a bit asymmetrical BUT a face (almost) from the front is always a challenge, for every artist. You can fix that by mirroring your art in scribble phase (take a screenshot or whatever) in order your art more even

The shading is a bit too timid, it can be darker (a bit!) But I am very satisfied with the plasticity of the head, it has volume!

The neck part on the other hand lacks volume Well you could counter that easily by implying a bit more that it is hidden behind hair The over all perspective is good, you just need to make the torso have more volume just like the head has

I think it might be because only the face has lighter shades, which should also be on the collar bone etc

Also, you could have focused a bit more on the deltoid area, so that it doesn't look flat Because I know you focused on the head, but if you think you're done, you also could sleep one night over it, come back the next day and make the thing whole if you know what i mean
