Ok, I downloaded the file and it is still not letting me!!!!!!

No it's fine! It is just that FA won't let me use the file T-T

I'll keep trying... this happened to me before too, I was trying to use a oc file someone gave me and it did not work. I love the pfp it is very cute, I just hate how my Chromebook ain't letting me use it!!!!
