id choose hot because if a man tries to survive in a desert with no food or water and a man in the artic tries to survive with no food or water then the one in the desert will survive longer because the man in the desert would just freeze to death because he has no resources to help him and the warmth of the desert keeps the blood temperature would be normal, (i think)
