SO,, as most people in shower do i thought and i thought of a motivation thing for me im not going to bore you with it but its made me realise that i need to start caring for myself caring for other people is good, yes but but if caring for other people becomes to much of a part of my life to the point that i start to not care for myself its a problem so im gonna start caring for myself more and look after myself be more postive and sort myself out.
