Pips have a flower bud on their tails. In summer, spring, and autumn they get their energy from the sun. Their buds on their tails close during the night and are open flowers during the day. The flowers absorb energy from the sun and in winter they survive off stored energy they have stored bit by bit during the rest of the year and if they are lucky get a bit to spare from winter sun! Pips live up to 60 years in the wild and have children at about the age of 20. They eat any kind of plant and are immune to all plant poisons including poison berries, leaves and roots. Their flowers, when open attract all sorts of bugs and by the age of 3 years a pip will have bonded with one for life. Pips don not lay eggs, instead they are born from a seed that comes from their mother’s flower. Pips never really leave their parents, but they stay a family until their parents die, then they are usually left with their children and grandchildren.

The families tend not to be bigger than the mother’s and father’s parents, the mother and father and their children. Most families act like a pack, will do everything together, and contain about 7-9 pips depending on how many children the mother has. (up to 3)

Common Pips: Attract all sorts of bugs, can have any flower on their tail, have thorns on their tail and leaves on their ears. Are a bit more skilled at fighting, but only do it when necessary. Uncommon Pips: Attract all sorts of bugs, can have any flower on their tail, Have two small sprouts on their back. Are actually quite calm and peaceful but do fight if necessary. Rare Pips: Attract hummingbirds and bugs, can have any flower on their tail which is fluffier than normal, have hooves on their back legs for climbing, have dandelion fluff on their ears. They are usually good at fighting because they can kick with their hind legs.

When sleeping Pips sometimes learn new things in their dreams. They get experience from their dreams of doing things and can put that knowledge t use in the real world. The leaves, sprouts or dandelion fluff on their ears or back are active when they sleep, getting energy from the moonlight so the Pip can have the energy to learn while sleeping. Pips have fur and it can be colored light or dark brown, green (never to light green more kind of calm dark green), pinkish red here and there (never the whole body), or yellowish brown. Their fur can have complex or simple designs. Their flowers can be any flower that is any color but even if the flower it has is tiny, they are always about the same size on the tail. Rare pips usually have the back half of their body a darker color than the rest and it is visibly divided. In general pips are very calm but are amazingly skilled fighters when someone threatens their territory, soul animal, babies or wants to hurt their flower, which they are very sensitive about.
