Linkok so shading is harsh, id recommend like lightish darkish grays layered yet not right on top of one another, the cheek is just like immediately popping out and arms have arms but lines in-between them and the chest, and the legs are stubs. the hair is nice and, your backgrounds are a-little to simple,
