Start with 14 sensitivity to get yourself used to fast then go into a custom game headshots only and go against 1 or two bots on level recruit. use the locus with ballistics cpu, extended mag, rapid fire. then quickly aim in and shoot and aim out start with 5 seconds of aiming then work yourself to get faster!!!
Tips: Jump alot

Use smoke screens
Use Thermal Sights (Optional)
and just practice
Just straight up shoot everywhere, become genocidal frisk times 10
