No. Sleep is important for the system. Lack of sleep can cause memory malfunctions and a weak body. If you are focused on getting good grades then you should get lots of rest or you will have difficulty thinking.

Don't worry. Nightmares are just fragments on memories that are combined or changed a little to form a nightmare. Just stay off screens, dont think about scary thoughts, dont watch any scary movies, and get a good night sleep.

Well before yes...but- something happened? I dunno- I ended up at the hospital and I’m not allowed to take pills like that anymore No anxiety meds No antidepressants No antipsychotics Nothing..

Yeahhh It’s cool though- those pills tasted horrible- I usually write everything I remember down in a notebook when I have those nightmares but lately they’ve been getting bad
