You aren't upsetting us, we choose to help you because we care about you. Bottling up your emotions will make you feel worse and it's not a healthy thing to do.
i know but its the least i can do.since many people in FA have been so low,i dont wanna be the one spreading more negativity.
You aren't spreading negativity though, you're allowed to be upset and you're allowed to talk about your feelings. I know it can feel like your burdening someone with your problems, I've felt it before, but you need to know that that person isn't there because you made them, they're there for you because they care and want to help.
It's okay to panic and to be worried, we all do. You can't help how you feel. Even if you feel like you are going to upset me by talking about your troubles, I promise you I won't be upset and ill try my best to help you because you mean a lot to me

You shouldn’t bottle up your emotions because that’s very unhealthy (trust me) and people shouldn’t feel low because of YOU

No you don't.. All of us are just very worried we really care about you but that doesn't mean you should bottle up your emotions, it wont really help because one day that bottle will fill up and leak it's better to talk to someone and trust me we're not hurt and you're not making us feel low you're doing the complete opposite ^^
