*she drinks the water then places the cup down still taking deep breaths calming down a little*

Alexandria:um...don't worry.try to slow down your breathing,and then you can tell m-me what happened,o-ok?
*Alexandria runs downstairs and pour in water from a tap into a glass,then she runs back into the room*
*she takes the glass and drinks the water like it was the end of the world*
Amy:*gulp**gulp**gulp**gulp*
*sigh*
"It just started off with me in a dark empty void..which i was fine with at first bc it was quiet and peaceful...but..then i started to hear whispers.....i didnt mind at first but then it started getting louder...a-and i started sinking...the whispers turned into yelling coming from the p-people that suffered because of me....telling me how worthless i am..and how im just a puppet..a-and..and how i should just kill my self saying it would just save everyones troubles..*hic*i-i tried to get out but something w-was pulling me down..i-i couldn't breath..everything was going fuzzy.......i called for help....but nobody came..... t-hen i felt someone grab me from behind and put a knife up against my neck.....and they said"no one ever loved you you should end yourself before i do it myself"slit my throat and i woke up.........i-it felt so real i-i-i didn't know i would scream that loud i-i-i m sorry........"

Alexandria: well,there might be a way to stop the nightmares from happening,but my magic isn't that great.
*She runs downstairs and comes back with a pot,an old book,and some herbs.Alexandria opens up the book and frantically flips through pages*

*she looks at her hand hallucinating blood on it with a worried expression on her face*
