As an Eclipsor (A a winged demon), Cephalon isn't acknowledged by many people. Although he wouldn't actually hurt anyone (...Who isn't a threat :3) he understands why they avoid him, being a demon and all. 9/10, he'll be a soft boyo if you meet him, but if not, he'll stop explain why. So, to sum it up, Cephalon is a strategic archer, who will willingly help people in need, but rarely gets a chance to do so. He's pretty chill and likes to crack jokes.
