Ah, same. I’m sorry. I know how it feels, and I want to do the same. But please, don’t kill yourself. It doesn’t rid the pain, but passes it to someone else.

The way for the pain to go is time, I can’t always say that there is light at the end of the tunnel. But maybe there is, we don’t know yet. It will take time, you can’t heal a heart with bandages. But time and medication sometimes.

Basically that means, don’t bottle it all up. Let it go.
