He is kinda just always lurking in the shadows and stares. He doesn't speak, just makes sounds you'd think would come out of a possessed cat. He is known to often vomit or cough up a weird black goo. He doesn't get called by anything but Beast and won't respond unless called by that. He clearly can think and often does, but does nothing with his thoughts. He seems to be Azlaldor's favorite creation.
