it looks like a normal baby owl and does make the normal owl sound so i would say its a normal baby owl but we really dont know yet

hmm well from my owl knowledge id say its either a screech owl, a barred owl, or a short eared owl

i compared those owls to the baby owl It's not a short eared owl maybe a barred owl baby and possibly a screech owl baby between those 2
