I heard blender grease pencil is p good. I messed around with 3d animations and modeling but not the grease pencil stuff yet. Shitty chromebook might interfere though, I'm not sure. Here's a decent example of what other people did - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKmSdY56VtY
