so I'm anaemic ( basically low on iron) I stood up and I got dizzy and lightheaded like always but I went on for like more that 5 seconds and I got so scared cause I couldnt see a thing, nothing but that noise you see on old tvs or smth idled

I was literally just gonna ****ing collapse at that moment oh god
