Oh well maybe take a break from the electronics and lay down and drink clear or ice-cold drinks, eat light,bland foods such as saltine crackers and eat slowly and don't mix hot and cold foods. But other than that I hope it get better dude^^

Yes I will uwu -same lol I woke up late too, oh ouch must have fcked it up pretty badly if your having trouble walking- man that sucks that's happened to me and it hurt pretty bad Sworry sweet tea, hope it gets better soon but put some ice or smth kinda warm on it and elevate it too so put a pillow under it or a stuff animal or smth oh and rest some more that helps as well^^
