Do you know you can download them? That's what I have to do.

Click the gear, and extra stuff will pop up. There are two little papers, one with an arrow facing up the other has one facing down. The down arrow paper is for downloading, and the other uploads. It saves them as files, so if you go into your files and double click them, you can delete and rename the file. Tell me if you need more info, but I hope this helps!
