OK I thought of two characters from the video game franchise their names are peacock and big band

Yeah they’re very close friends in a matter of fact their crime fighters for an agency peacock is this child like innocence she resembles very very old cartoons like back in the 1800’s century And never takes anything seriously big band on the other hand he’s a very serious guy he uses instruments like weapons that really gets the job done
