our mc, ivan, is a humanoid gray thing with limbs fading into a highly saturated blue and purple. there is a white heart on his chest. his character is meant to representthat just bevasue you are adopted doesn't mean you're any less of a family member. also he has two gay dads love him rn he has a big sister named rinnie who i'll probably end up making an unused character

his dads, sunoi (a heavyset purple bear-like thing with white horns and limbs fading into a sligtly desaturated warm colored rainbow) and gāb (a white feathered humanoid with blue, yellow and purple wings at the sides of his head and at his ankles and dark purple fingers and toes) are very supportive and loving towards ivan. sunoi's character will be used to show that even though sudden changes may happen they arent the end of the world :) in a later episode he'll be in a wheelchair for a while gāb's character will be used to show that sometimes parents may be a little overprotective but that they mean well. he of course gets better at letting ivan have more freedom in later episodes

ivan's big sister, rinnie, is a dark blueish purple humanoid with an orange and yellow horn and a long tail with a white ring near the end and a darker tip she will probably be taken out of the show but if she does end up staying, she'll be used to show that even though there's more thanone of you, your parents will always love you and that love multiplies instead of divides (i could totally use this lesson im crying with my abandomnent issues rn /j)

now, the setting of tmloi will most likely probably be at his school most of the episodes ivan's school friends are roca, popp, acitt, tria, poofo, camille, lean, rock, roll, marissa, gubi, lola, lucas, lynel, and i think that's all of them 💀 most of them are in different classes but popp and roca are both in ivan's class

roca is a chubbay somewhat light auburn anthro squirrel, with orange paw pads and a lighter heart on his stomach in the first few episodes, he's introduced as sort of a bully to popp but he makes it up to her and they become friends (NOT INSTANTLY OFC THATS JUS UNREALISTIC........but like eventually yk.......) roca's parents are divorced and he's gnna be used to show that your parents' divorce is not your fault and that eventhough they don't love each other anymore, they still love you popp is a blue gray anthro bunny with a rather long tail for one, a thick curl on her head, white paw fur, blue paw pads, and blue hearts on her shoulders and thighs popp is a very skittish person and will most likely be used as genuine anxiety rep

acitt is a ginger cat with red headphones, a blue gradiented compression band around his tail, and a blue bunny plushie he named loopy :) he will be a genuine autistic representation, made for and by them!! if youre autistic and theres rep you'd like to see with acitt feel free to give input it's always welcome <3 acitt has a problem with this one teacher named mr specs. hes a blue turtle with a royal blue shell and a ****ing puzzle piece shirt 💀💀 he's always harrassing acitt because he's one of the people who are further down the spectrum. when he gets upset from things like sensory overload by noise specs yells at him to "get him used to it" and sometimes takes away loopy and his headphones. don't worry he gets punched in the face by acitt and fired later on

tria is the most humanoid character we have so far she's got pretty green skin, long darker green hair, rose tinted glasses, a brown an' a tan striped sweater wit an orange triangle on the chest she'll be found in the library in her debut episode, studying a geography book she seems very aloof and unwilling to socialize, but not cold. just distant (i.e., one word responses and asking what you said more than once) she'll be used to show that grades are NOT everything and that it's okay to take breaks sometimes! you don't have to be the top of your class to be a good student :)

poofo is my FAAAVORITE SO FAR I LOVE XEM SO MUCH 👹👹👹 poofo is an anthro hare/caracal with almost black fur, a white and hot pink striped tummy, yellow pawpads and hot pink pawfur they loove love love glitter and art and music, and are often found in the school's art room or their dad's studio after school they'll be used to show stuff like thinking outside the box 👹 gubi is poofo's little sibling!!! she's made albums with poof before (with the help of their dad of course) despite only being in 4th grade :) she has a white/orange and yellow tummy, poofy hair (the tips of the poofs are yellow and orange) and blue eyes
