It only just came to me how badly i overthink like every single thing i do i overthink everything HOW DO I STOP i dont want to be that friend thats always like "do u hate me" BUT GENUINELY ITS HOW I FEEL I FEEL LIKE ALL MY FRIENDS HATE ME AND IT WONT GO AWAYYYYY i never realized how bad it is because i can't even walk through the school hallways without overthinking because it feels like everyone is staring at me and laughing and pointing out how messed up my body is omg yesterday i was wearing a t-shirt and my mom was like omg youre so thin and she looked genuinelu concerned even tho ppl with marfan are skinny asl (me n her) i guess now she is concerned for me IDK HOW DO I STOP OVERTHINKING EVERY SINGLE THINK i thinkthis might be why im so damn tired all of yhe time because im trying so hard to mask how scared i am of literally everything
