there is the Spoiled Brat which relies and her fathers money and has very high expectations
and then there is the Whiny Brat
basically a whiny child that is greedy and cries when it does not get what it wants
and then theres the Bully Brat
which bullies people in school
and, you see there is a pattern here The Whiny Brat is a brat as a child and then the Bully Brat is a kid brat and then the final stage is the Spoiled Brat
