Ivan dashed in some time after him, and almost fell down, being the clumsy bby he is.

Ivan blushed, embarrassed, and quickly regained himself. He walked to his seat and sat down, using his arms to cover his head.

(Yeah, he’s human.)

(S C H O L L) Ivan blew raspberry’s while the teacher talked, having already learned this online.

Ivan glanced at Yi, surprised by his voice.

(F e m b o y) Ivan put his head down on the desk, completely and utterly bored.

He jumped up, surprised, then glared at Yi.

He stuck his tongue out at him and looked at the teacher.

After a minute, he kicked Yi under the table.

He tried to push Yi off, unable to fight back.

Ivan slowly pushed himself up, wiping his eyes as he tried not to cry.

Ivan’s nose started bleeding, and the teacher took him to the nurse. As they walked by, Ivan gave Yi a dirty look.

Ivan gave him the DOUBLE Nono fingers, and turned away.

(Epic timeskip to recess) Ivan was sitting on the bench, a tissue in his nose and an icepack over his eye.

Ivan picked up a rock and threw it at Yi.

“Well, you hit like a girl, Bug Eyes!” He stuck his tongue out at him.

“BECAUSE I DON’T HIT PEOPLE THAT HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS!” He shot back.

“I said...” He took a deep breath. “I don’t hit people that have special needs.”

Ivan looked away. “Whatever...”

Ivan pulled his kneels up to his chest and buried his face in them. He seemed lonely like that, and none of the kids seemed to even look in his direction.

“What?” He muttered.

Ivan pushed him away. “Sure you are. I don’t need your sympathy.” He looked away and muttered under his breath. “What I need is a friend...”

Ivan bit his lip.

Ivan froze. “Tallest?”

Ivan watched him, confused.

Ivan looked around, then ran off after him.

Ivan saw Yi through a window of his house, and curiously peeked inside.

Ivan stared at Yi, confused. “What the..?”

He slowly slid the window open and crawled inside the house.

He looked around, investigating everything-

Ivan continued looking at shit.

“Hey, put me down!” He squirmed , trying to get away.

“Why did you leave the window unlocked?”

Ivan gave Yi a blank stare.

Ivan brushed himself off. “So you were an alien?”

Ivan looked Yi up and down. “......... I had a hunch,”

Ivan crossed his arms. “Like I said, you’re an alien.”

Ivan raised an eyebrow. “Really?”

Ivan leaned close to his face and spoke in a sing-song voice. “I don’t believe you~“

Ivan thought for a moment, then sighed. “You’re right, nobody believe the kid with schizophrenia at all anyway...”

Ivan shoved his hands in the pockets of his hoodie (Ivan always wears a baby blue hoodie and jeans with white converse btw). “Yeah, I guess we are.”

Ivan walked out. “Seeya.”

(To be completely honest, I want them to be NORMAL sized high schoolers, cuz the size of the characters in the actual show kinda..... Disturbs me. No offense, cuz I know you’re a fan of it. I am too, but just THE SIZE-) -timeskip- Ivan rode his bike to school to school like normal. (And also, Ivan does have schizophrenia, it’s just not that serious until he like panics or somethin.)

Ivan got off his bike and put it in the bike area (?) and took off his helmet, then put the lock on his bike.

Ivan looked at Yi, then thought for a minute. After a second, he ran up beside him. (I JUST realized that Yi is probably the only living creature shorter than Ivan-)

Ivan let out a small laugh. “Just call me Ivan. Rule one of fitting in with humans, when addressing someone, just be casual. Nobody expects you to talk all weird like you do.”

“And rule two, instead of saying your name, say Me, I, or I’m. Like, instead of ‘Yi is hungry’, say ‘I’m hungry.’ Get it?”

“Can’t believe I’m explaining this to an alien-“

“I can explain this clearer when there’s not as many humans around.”

“Oooookay, uh, well, people around here don’t usual call people Flesh Monkeys.”

“And you can’t just randomly fight someo- Actually, scratch that, this is high school. People fight all the time.”

“Just- Don’t do it on a daily basis. Other than that, you’ve been doing pretty well with blending in.”

“Except that. Don’t do that.”

“Talk in that weird language you have. Everybody will be weirded out.”

“I didn’t mean to offend you. Just- If you have to talk like that, try and keep it quiet, okay?”

Ivan started panicking a bit. “Nono, it’s okay! Goddamnit...” He turned to face away from Yi and started pacing.

Ivan continued pacing, trying not to let his schizophrenia make him act all weird. “Damn it damn it damn it damn it-“

Ivan pulled the hood of his hoodie over his face and pulled the strings, making the hoodie close and cover his face completely while he muttered incoherently.

“J-Just... Gimmie a second..”

After a while, Ivan stopped pacing and took his hoodie off. “Sorry about that.”

Ivan nodded. “Whenever I panic, I start acting all funny.”

“It is sometimes.”

Ivan tensed. “Yeah, that’s REAAAAAAAALLY calming. Very helpful right now.”

“How are you a defect?”

“Wait, so.............. You’re...... You can have kids?”

“So you’re a girl?”

“But..... You can have kids....”

“I’m confused.”

Ivan was visibly confused. “Then....... Do Irken females have human male parts?”

“So basically, sex isn’t allowed where you come from.”

“We humans just call breeding sex. It’s shorter and a lot easier to say. Anyway, we should get to class.”

“I already told you, just call me Ivan.”

Ivan walked out after him, shoving his hands in his pockets.

Ivan watched him. “Y’know, everybody’s clothes are somewhat wrinkled. Nobody cares if your clothes are smooth or not.”

Ivan stepped in after him.

Ivan went to sit down, but instead fell down after missing the seat by accident. His face turned bright red as all the kids started laughing.

Ivan stared at the floor, his blush deepening in color from embarrassment as the kids laughing got louder. “I.... I gotta go.” He pulled his hood over his face and ran out of the class.

Ivan ran into the janitors closed and slammed the door, leaning against it. “Stay calm, Ivan, just stay calm...”

Ivan sunk to the floor, trying to keep his crying quiet, but it could still be heard.

Ivan sniffed, wiping his tears away. “Y-Yeah?”

Ivan got up and slowly opened the door, peeping out. “W-What?”

He stared at the floor, going silent.

“No, I’m okay...” He shut the door again.

Ivan sat down and pulled his knees to his chest. “Do you ever just...... Wish that you could snap and have everything just be better?”

“I just wish that I didn’t have the STUPID mental illness! He punched the wall as hard as he could.

He shook his hand off. “Ow...”

“Eh, it’s alright. I’m used to this sort of pain.” He rubbed his knuckles, tracing his fingers over the many scabs covering them.

“What do you mean by that?”

“Uh... Yeah?”

“What do you mean I smell weird though?”

“Do I smell.... Weird in a good way? Or in a bad way?

“Huh. What do I smell like?” He wiped his eyes, his crying stopping.

“Hm.” He leaned his head back against the door. “Well, that’s interesting.”

“I’m just gonna stay in here for a bit longer. You can leave if you’d like.”

“Oh. Then... Do you wanna come in?”

“I really don’t understand what you’re getting at.”

“We should probably actually go to class this time.”

Ivan looked at Yi, almost as if he were able to tell what he was thinking. “Or we could just stay here.”

He smiled. “Then we’ll stay.”

Ivan blushed AGAIN, and hugged Yi back.

Ivan sat still, liting Yi do what he wanted (in the most clean way possible-).

He looked down at ahi and smiled.
