I mean it would be hard to explain-

You just make a circle (or oval) shape and whatever colour you want for the eye, you put in low opacity (min. 0.01 max. 0.09) then make sure it doesn’t go out of the lines, then put an oval over the eye (like a pupil) and put two white dots (for cuteness)
